Work experience is important because by having a lot of job experience, we can be swifter and more controlled when doing a job.
Doing the work again will be easier for us because we already know how to complete the job and to reduce our mistakes.
Question : From where we could gain work experience?
- Internship: An internship is an official program offered by an employer of any company to recruit potential employees. Interns work either part-time or full time in a company for a certain period. Internships are most popular with undergraduates or graduate students who are willing work between one to four months and have a goal to gain practical work or research related experience.
- Organization: we can obtain work experiences by joining organization. In the organization itself, We can get job experiences from the work that we assigned to do, and we may not have done it before.
- Volunteering: by being a volunteer, consciously or unconsciously we will earn work experience that someday might be useful for our lives.
Question : Can students get work experience?
The easiest way for students to gain work experience is by joining student organizations. Here, we can get a lot of useful work experiences. The tasks given in an organization can provide us with a lot of effective experiences and develop our ability, in completing a task with minimum errors.
