Exercise does (not) take time

A lot of us feels that we don’t have enough free time to do exercise.
But is it true?

The main point of exercising is to build a fit and healthy body. But we will also get an athletic and slim body as a bonus! We don’t have to do our exercise in the gym and taking many hours to do a full set of it. We can have our exercise anywhere! The time needed to exercise is also short, only 20-30 minutes is needed!

Next is a circuit training menu Aikido Binus style! You don’t even need any tools or equipment to do this exercise!! 😀

We first start by doing warm ups by stretching our muscles from the neck to our feet. Just do a normal warm up until our body isn’t rigid to prevent unwanted injuries. Next do the following with a 30 seconds break on each set.

  • Jumping Jack 20x
  • Push Up 20x
  • Jumping Squat 15x
  • Military Push Up 20x
  • Left-leg Squat 10x
  • Right-leg Squat 10x
  • Wide-Push Up 15x
  • Squat 20x
  • Diamond Push Up 10x
  • Sit Up 20x
  • Cross Sit Up 10x
  • Crunch Sit Up 20x
